From a vision to a reality - Transforming education for rural Cambodian students
T. Say Ranny, as a boarding student in an NGO in Phnom Penh, realized the transformative power of English, computer skills, character development, and leadership training. This experience ignited his passion for creating equal educational opportunities for all Cambodian children.
T. Say Ranny volunteered and learned about effective educational programs throughout Southeast Asia, refining his vision for creating learning opportunities for rural Cambodian students. He witnessed firsthand the educational disparities between urban and rural areas and became determined to bridge this gap.
B-Expert School was founded in Battambang province, piloting the English Expert program that would create significant impact and change in the community. The school focused on providing quality education to children who previously had limited access to learning opportunities.
Today, B-Expert School continues to grow with increasing recognition and strong community support, transforming education for rural Cambodian youth. Our digital learning platform expands our reach, allowing us to impact even more students across Cambodia.
Founder and Visionary
Inspired by his own educational journey as a boarding student, T. Say Ranny recognized the transformative power of education in breaking cycles of poverty.
His vision to create equal learning opportunities for rural Cambodian children has been the driving force behind B-Expert School's mission and success. He believes that every child, regardless of their background or location, deserves access to quality education.
Through years of dedicated work and learning from educational programs across Southeast Asia, he developed the effective English Expert program that continues to change lives in Battambang province and beyond.
We believe that every child in Cambodia deserves access to quality education, regardless of their geographic location or socioeconomic background. Rural children face significant barriers to education, including limited resources, inadequate infrastructure, and fewer qualified teachers.
Our mission is to bridge this educational gap by providing comprehensive learning programs that combine English language skills, digital literacy, character development, and leadership training. We're committed to creating a future where every Cambodian child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Through our efforts, we aim to empower the next generation of Cambodian leaders, innovators, and change-makers who will contribute to their communities and the nation's development.

លោកគ្រូ សាយ រ៉ាន្នី អតីតៈជាសិស្សស្នាក់នៅក្នុងអង្គការមួយ នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅពេលដែលលោកបានយល់ដឹងពីអានុភាពផ្លាស់ប្តូរនៃជំនាញភាសាអង់គ្លេស ជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រ ការអភិវឌ្ឍចរិកលក្ខណៈ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ។ បទពិសោធន៍នេះបានចាប់ផ្តើមចលនារបស់គាត់ក្នុងការបង្កើតឱកាសអប់រំសមភាពសម្រាប់កុមារកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់។
លោកគ្រូ សាយ រ៉ាន្នី បានចូលរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត និងរៀនអំពីកម្មវិធីអប់រំមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៅទូទាំងអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ ដោយកែលម្អចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់គាត់ក្នុងការបង្កើតឱកាសរៀនសូត្រសម្រាប់សិស្សនៅតាមជនបទកម្ពុជា។ គាត់បានឃើញដោយផ្ទាល់នូវភាពមិនស្មើគ្នានៃការអប់រំរវាងតំបន់ទីក្រុង និងជនបទ ហើយបានក្លាយជាការសម្រេចចិត្តដើម្បីបំពេញគម្លាតនេះ។
សាលារៀន ប៊ី អ៊ិចស្ពឹត ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅក្នុងខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ដោយសាកល្បងកម្មវិធី English Expert ដែលនឹងបង្កើតឥទ្ធិពល និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងសហគមន៍។ សាលារៀននេះផ្តោតលើការផ្តល់ការអប់រំដែលមានគុណភាពដល់កុមារដែលមុននេះមានការចូលដំណើរការកម្រិតទៅកាន់ឱកាសរៀនសូត្រ។
ថ្ងៃនេះ សាលារៀន ប៊ី អ៊ិចស្ពឺត បន្តរីកចម្រើនជាមួយនឹងការទទួលស្គាល់កាន់តែខ្លាំង និងការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងខ្លាំងពីសហគមន៍ ដោយផ្លាស់ប្តូរការអប់រំសម្រាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជានៅតាមជនបទ។ វេទិការៀនសូត្រឌីជីថលរបស់យើងពង្រីកវិសាលភាពរបស់យើង ដោយអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យយើងមានឥទ្ធិពលលើសិស្សបន្ថែមទៀតនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

ដោយមានការចលនាពីដំណើរអប់រំផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់គាត់ជាសិស្សផ្ទះក្នុង លោកគ្រូ សាយ រ៉ាន្នី បានទទួលស្គាល់អានុភាពផ្លាស់ប្តូរនៃការអប់រំក្នុងការបំបែកវដ្តនៃភាពក្រីក្រ។
ចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់គាត់ក្នុងការបង្កើតឱកាសរៀនសូត្រស្មើភាពសម្រាប់កុមារកម្ពុជានៅតាមជនបទ គឺជាកម្លាំងបង្កើតបេសកកម្ម និងជោគជ័យរបស់សាលារៀន B-Expert។ គាត់ជឿថាកុមារគ្រប់រូប ទោះបីជាប្រវត្តិរូប ឬទីតាំងរបស់ពួកគេ សុទ្ធតែសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់ការចូលដំណើរការទៅកាន់ការអប់រំដែលមានគុណភាព។
តាមរយៈការងារដែលគាត់បានឧទ្ទិសអស់ជាច្រើនឆ្នាំ និងការរៀនសូត្រពីកម្មវិធីអប់រំនៅទូទាំងអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ គាត់បានបង្កើតកម្មវិធី English Expert ដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដែលបន្តផ្លាស់ប្តូរជីវិតនៅក្នុងខេត្តបាត់ដំបង និងខេត្តដទៃទៀត។
យើងជឿថាកុមារគ្រប់រូបនៅកម្ពុជាសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់ការចូលដំណើរការទៅកាន់ការអប់រំដែលមានគុណភាព ទោះបីជាទីតាំងភូមិសាស្ត្រ ឬប្រវត្តិរូបសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមរបស់ពួកគេក៏ដោយ។ កុមារនៅតាមជនបទប្រឈមនឹងឧបសគ្គយ៉ាងសំខាន់ចំពោះការអប់រំ រួមទាំងធនធានមានកម្រិត ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ និងគ្រូបង្រៀនដែលមានគុណភាពតិចតួច។
បេសកកម្មរបស់យើងគឺដើម្បីបំពេញគម្លាតអប់រំនេះដោយផ្តល់នូវកម្មវិធីរៀនសូត្រដ៏ទូលំទូលាយដែលផ្សំជំនាញភាសាអង់គ្លេស អក្សរសិល្ប៍ឌីជីថល ការអភិវឌ្ឍចរិកលក្ខណៈ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ។ យើងប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបង្កើតអនាគតដែលកុមារកម្ពុជាគ្រប់រូបមានឱកាសពេញលេញក្នុងការឈានដល់សក្តានុពលរបស់ពួកគេ។
តាមរយៈកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់យើង យើងមានគោលបំណងផ្តល់សមត្ថភាពដល់អ្នកដឹកនាំ អ្នកបង្កើតថ្មី និងអ្នកផ្លាស់ប្តូរជំនាន់ក្រោយនៃកម្ពុជា ដែលនឹងរួមចំណែកដល់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ។
ដោយទទួលស្គាល់ពីដែនកំណត់នៃហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរូបវន្ត និងតម្រូវការក្នុងការឈានដល់សិស្សបន្ថែមទៀតនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា យើងបានបង្កើតវេទិការៀនសូត្រឌីជីថលដ៏ទូលំទូលាយ។ វេទិកានេះគឺជាហេតុផលដែលគេហទំព័ររបស់យើងមាន និងតំណាងឱ្យដំណាក់កាលបន្ទាប់នៃបេសកកម្មអប់រំរបស់យើង។
